No, a business license is not required to purchase liquidation merchandise from Orotex. However, if you are buying to resell, a valid resale certificate may exempt your purchase from sales tax. In Florida, this is the Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax. Check with your accountant for the requirements in your state or country.
